You will need:

- 500 g chicken breast, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- coconut oil, for frying
- 1 green and 1 purple baby cabbages, chopped
- 1 small/half a large head of broccoli, chopped
- half a punnet of white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
- 2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
- 1 tin of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- handful of fresh basil, roughly chopped


1. Fry the chicken in a wok in the coconut oil until cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
2. In the same wok, fry the onion and ginger and garlic until the onion is softened. Add the cabbage and mushrooms and stir fry for a few minutes.
3. To the onion and cabbage mix, add the coconut milk,fish sauce, lemon juice and sugar. Add the chicken back in now as well.
4. Simmer together for about 5 - 10 minutes.
5. Stir in basil just before serving.
