You will need:

500 g beef strips
1/3 cup flour/maizena
1 TBSP paprika
1 onion, chopped
½ punnet mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 green pepper, sliced
Coconut oil
2 TBSP tomato paste
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
½ cup cream


1. Place the beef strips in a Tupperware, with the flour and paprika. Close the Tupperware firmly and shake so that the beef is coated.
2. Heat the coconut oil in a pot and add the onions to soften
3. Add the mushrooms, red pepper and garlic to the onions and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Remove the onion etc. from the pot and place in a bowl.
5. Cook the coated beef strips in the same pot until browned, about 5 minutes.
6. Add the onions etc. back into the pot
7. Add the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce and cook for a further 10 minutes
8. Add the cream and simmer on low for about 15 minutes. Season and serve (alone or with cauli mash for Banters, or with rice or mashed potato for non-Banters).
